We provide courses for technical stuff as well as for sales support people. Herein you have to choose between standardised courses designed from the manufactures and customer tailored courses based on your or on your costumer’s request.

Special conditions apply to custom-built courses:
1. For the preparation day
In all cases where we cannot use standard course configuration e.g. in courses at the customer side, for situations in seminar hotels etc. the training equipment must be installed and tested.

2. For the courses on local site (with costumer’s equipment)
Our price is a "all inclusive" price per course and includes:
- Trainer fee
- Travel expenses
- Accommodation
- Up to eight student books per course
- Hand outs

If there is a "Zero Tax Regulation" between Germany and your country the billing will done without VAT relating to the intra community trading regulations. Otherwise we have to charge local VAT of the ordering party.
For all AASTRA standard courses we have to charge the "AASTRA Student Royalty Fee". This fee is not included in our prices and we have to charge you for it. At this moment the SRF is 70,00 Euro per day and student.
3. Discount
For courses with higher number of days, for a series of courses, e.g. for a closed custumergroup, for special projects or if a forecast for several months is agreed, we offer a special range of discounts:

For the sum of discounted days we do not count courses with reduced number of students. The reduced price will be used at the according number of course days is reached.
There is no discount for the AASTRA Student Royalty Fee.
4. Cancellation
We accept cancellation for ordered courses not shorter than 20 labour days before course date free of charge. Cancellation till 10 labour days before course date we charge 50 percent of the course fee, from the 5th day on we charge the full course costs.
